Terms of Service

Last updated: October 19, 2026

This is an English translation of the Russian original provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Russian version prevails.

1. General provisions

1.1. These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern the use of the online service MIFA Private Network, available via the website kryshamifa.org (including my.kryshamifa.org and pay.kryshamifa.org) and the Telegram bot @kryshamifabot (the “Service”), provided by the Administration.

1.2. By using the Service, including starting the bot, registering, obtaining trial access, paying for services or accessing materials, the User confirms that they have read these Terms in full and accept them in their entirety.

1.3. If the User does not agree with these Terms, the User must stop using the Service.

2. Nature of services and digital goods

2.1. The Service provides digital goods and intangible services, including but not limited to: information materials, training programs, consultations, digital products and service support.

2.2. Materials provided through the Service may include:

  • information from open sources;
  • original materials of the Administration and/or third parties;
  • analytical reviews, collections, recommendations and structured data.

2.3. The User understands and agrees that the value of the Service’s digital goods and services lies in their systematization, analysis, presentation, support, assistance and updates, rather than in the exclusivity of individual pieces of information.

2.4. The Service does not claim or guarantee the uniqueness, exclusivity or unavailability of individual elements of the materials outside the Service.

2.5. The Service may provide free trial access for 3 days with a traffic limit of 10 GB. Trial access is provided once per account. The number of trials per day, including from one IP address, may be limited.

2.6. Access to the Service is provided for personal use by a single User. Sharing access with third parties is not permitted.

2.7. The number of devices on which the User may use the access is determined by the plan and is shown in the Service before payment. As of this edition: trial access and plans with a traffic limit — up to 2 devices; plans without a traffic limit — up to 6 devices.

2.8. A device is counted when the application on it first receives the subscription data; for this, the application transmits a technical device identifier. Applications that do not transmit such an identifier may not work on plans with a device limit.

2.9. The User can manage devices on their own in the Telegram bot (subscription card → “📱 Connected devices”):

  • remove a device from the list — no more than 3 times per 30 days per subscription;
  • disconnect all devices and receive a new subscription link — no more than once per 7 days per subscription; the previous link stops working, and the subscription must be added again on each device. The subscription term and plan do not change.

2.10. Beyond these limits, as well as for Users without Telegram, devices are released through the support service (section 10). The Administration may refuse if frequent device changes indicate that access is being shared with third parties (clause 2.6).

2.11. The device limit applies to subscriptions purchased on or after October 18, 2026. Subscriptions purchased earlier keep their previous terms.

3. Disclaimer of warranties and liability

3.1. The Service is provided “AS IS”.

3.2. The Administration does not guarantee:

  • that the Service will meet the User’s expectations;
  • the achievement of any financial, commercial, professional or other results;
  • uninterrupted and error-free operation of the Service.

3.3. The Administration is not liable for:

  • any direct or indirect losses, including lost profits;
  • the consequences of the User’s use of the materials received;
  • actions or omissions of third parties;
  • temporary technical failures and access restrictions.

3.4. All decisions on the use of materials, recommendations and services are made by the User independently and at their own risk.

4. Lawful use

4.1. The Service is not intended to encourage, organize or facilitate unlawful activity.

4.2. The User undertakes to use the Service only in accordance with applicable law and the rules of third parties.

4.3. Responsibility for the lawful use of the Service’s materials and services rests entirely with the User.

4.4. It is prohibited to use the Service for:

  • unlawful actions (hacking, fraud, distribution of malware);
  • accessing prohibited materials;
  • sending spam, DDoS attacks, cryptocurrency mining.

5. Intellectual property

5.1. All materials published in the Service are protected by intellectual property law.

5.2. The User may not copy, distribute, resell, transfer to third parties or otherwise use the Service’s materials without the permission of the right holder.

5.3. Infringement of intellectual property rights may result in restriction of access to the Service without compensation.

6. Restriction of access

6.1. The Administration may suspend or restrict the User’s access to the Service in case of:

  • violation of these Terms;
  • detected abuse;
  • requirements of law or payment providers.

6.2. Restriction of access does not release the User from obligations that arose earlier.

6.3. The Administration reserves the right to refuse service to Users whose actions may create increased risks for the Service, payment providers or third parties.

7. Payments and refunds

7.1. Services and digital goods are paid for on the terms shown in the Service before payment.

7.2. Due to the intangible nature of digital goods and services, refunds are not made after access has been provided, except in the cases listed below.

7.3. A refund is possible only if:

  • the service was not provided due to a technical fault of the Service;
  • access to the digital goods was not actually provided.

7.4. To request a refund, the User must contact the support service (section 10) within 24 hours of payment.

7.5. Refund decisions are made by the Administration on a case-by-case basis.

7.6. The User agrees not to initiate a payment reversal (chargeback) through payment systems without first contacting the Service’s support.

7.7. If access is restricted for violation of these Terms (section 6), funds for the paid period are not refunded.

7.8. Payment may be recurring — the same amount is charged automatically at the start of each next period until the User turns auto-renewal off (it can be turned off at any time in the Telegram bot or the personal account; access remains until the end of the paid period) — or one-time, for example via the Faster Payments System (SBP), with no automatic charges; renewal is then a new payment. The payment method and amount are shown before payment.

7.9. Cryptocurrency payments (via the OxaPay payment service) are one-time, with no auto-renewal, for the period shown before payment. This payment method is not intended for citizens or residents of the Russian Federation: by choosing it, the User confirms that they are not a citizen or resident of the Russian Federation. The amount is set in US dollars and paid in the chosen cryptocurrency; a transfer on a different network or to a different address may be lost. Refunds under this section are made manually, in cryptocurrency, minus the network fee.

8. Privacy

8.1. The Administration may collect the minimum technical data necessary for the operation of the Service.

8.2. The Administration takes reasonable measures to protect data but does not guarantee the absolute security of transmitted information.

8.3. Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy: kryshamifa.org/en/privacy, and in the bot.

9. Changes to the Terms

9.1. The Administration may amend these Terms.

9.2. The current version of the Terms is published in the Service: at kryshamifa.org/en/terms and in the bot.

9.3. Continued use of the Service means the User accepts the updated terms.

10. Contact information

10.1. For any questions, the User can contact support through the form in the bot (“💬 Support”) or at support@mifavpn.com.

By using the Service (including starting the bot and/or entering the /start command, and registering on the website), the User confirms that they have read these Terms and accept them in full.
